Shoddy Blogging...

The idea of blogging is to blog and blog regularly. Forgive me father for i have sinned its been at least a week and a half since my last blog. However, thanks for all the followers i have now hit just over 100 not too dusty!!

Let me headline the events over the last week or so

PTR WORK...more days in the office and not bad. Envelope stuffing done and some good work completed on the NVQ qualification for our courses. Dag nammit i am bored with office work now.

COACHING...I did hit in the Coach UK lecture formally BTCA for PTR it was okay. Nothing special. Personal coaching still good lots of students turning up for Saturday coaching and these are the hard core lot. I tend to find those that are still around in these harsh conditions have more bite than an australian creepy thing from the get me out of here jungle. Had a hit with a wheelchair tennis player today how fascinating, i was super fascinated what more can i say? Then did some high level hitting and come through unscaved.

PLAYING....I have made a very conscious decision to not play vets until i am 40, thats a whole year of getting myself ready to assault the whole thing and get fit, play well and get 100 games under my belt. Had a hit Tuesday in the words of something that is dark and smells it was crap lasted 15 mins and walked off court. Following day was better by 50% but am not feeling it I! Had a lesson with some super chap to build back some confidence and it was good and prepared me for the end of the year whereby i will put my rackets away for a few works. I do sometimes wonder.

THE CLUB....lease about to be signed as Chairman, Head Coach and friends in the right places i literally own the god damn place. Shame i cant pick it up and place this in a very nice area with lots of money, but i have to say the quality of hard working youngsters in this area of the world in Basildon, Essex is actually very good and by all accounts the same job and place 15 years ago produced some quality county players. THE BOOK....Tennis Psychology made Easy is nearly ready, i am thinking by the end of the year. You cant rush genious. And this book is a piece or art, geniology and simplicity for more info and to download it www.tennispsychology.co.uk all proceeds got to a good cause. Okay it helps my bank balance and my ultimate aim to buy my boat but hey this is unashamed publicity.

THE REST.... I am half way through some of the best low level tennis coaching information available when working with kids. This is all about what happens prior to picking up a racket and involves loads. Let me know if you are interested. One day my brain will switch off so i better get it all on puter and paper whilst i can.
